Covid-19: Guidelines (Zurich)

REMINDER - The following are required for entry to the conference:

1. REQUIRED: Proof of double vaccination to be brought to the event, with 2nd vaccination having been completed a min of 2 weeks prior to the event OR please provide exemption status (exempt on the basis of an approved medical exemption or clinical trial participation) ACCEPTED PROOF CAN BE: European QR Code OR an approved international equivalent (photos/ screenshots accepted)
2. REQUIRED: Exempted and Unvaccinated - PCR or rapid Antigen test taken within the last 48 hours with a valid text or email confirmation of the test result showing your name, address, and DOB

Onsite Management

1. Wearing masks is recommended whilst in transit and moving around the meeting space. Masks are not required whilst consuming food and drink, or whilst sitting in the session rooms.
2. Social distancing will be observed throughout the meeting area where feasible.
3. Kisaco have considered the movement and flow of our audience throughout the venue to minimise contact in high traffic areas
4. Hand sanitation stations will be made available throughout the venue
5. Cleaning of all high traffic areas will be carried out frequently each day by the venue
6. If a guest receives a positive test result for Covid-19 whilst attending the meeting or develops symptoms during the event they are required to self-isolate and inform the Kisaco team immediately.
