Raimund Roehrich
Raimund Röhrich, Global Head Financial Crime Compliance at Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. Raimund has previously held various roles in Legal & Compliance in-house and in private practice, including at Clifford Chance and UBS AG. He has extensive experience across all areas of Financial Crime, having spent many years as a litigator as well as conducting internal investigations and reviewing and building Compliance Management Systems. His in-house roles included Compliance, Litigation, Investigation and Corporate Governance. He holds a teaching assignment at Steinbeis-University Berlin and is a regular lecturer at the University of St. Gallen.

Jonathan Singer
Jon is a principal in the firm’s San Diego office and heads the life sciences litigation practice. He appears regularly as lead counsel in his matters and handles all aspects of litigation, including leading jury and bench trials, trying cases to administrative and arbitration panels and conducting briefing and arguments before the U.S. Courts of Appeals and the PTAB. Jon is annually named one of the nation’s finest life sciences trial attorneys and is an expert in proceedings under the Hatch-Waxman Act. His clients consistently praise his innovative and ground-breaking work and over the past two decades, he has successfully handled dozens of cases covering all aspects of the life sciences.

Jason Bellia
Jason is a senior patent examiner at the UK Intellectual Property office with more than 25 years of experience. For much of this time he has worked on the examination of SPCs. His responsibilities in this area have included- examination and grant of SPC applications including defining the objections to grant in preparation for formal decisions appealable to the court; acting as assistant to a hearing officer by drafting decisions on behalf of the comptroller; training SPC examiners and support staff; assisting in policy formation; and redesigning SPC procedures for processing applications on in house software.
