Molly McAllister, DVM, MPH, leads the Veterinary function of Banfield Pet Hospital and is driven by her passion for preventive health and the development of future leaders in the veterinary profession. As chief medical officer, she ensures the culture, strategy, talent, and tools are in place to consistently deliver excellence in high-quality medicine in Banfield hospitals. Her top priorities are to continually advance medical quality across Banfield, to promote inclusive health and wellbeing for veterinary professionals, and to advance a future for the veterinary profession that centers on the human-animal bond. Dr. McAllister is the board president for the newly formed Diversify Veterinary Medicine Coalition, board secretary for the Human Animal Bond Association, and a board member of Pet Peace of Mind. She has a veterinary medical degree from Oregon State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Minnesota. Dr. McAllister and her family have a Parson’s Russell Terrier, Jack, a mixed-breed dog, Bryan, two cats named Cascade and Teton, and a horse, Goose. She enjoys running, hiking, birdwatching, and travel.

Gemma Clatworthy is a senior manager at Monzo bank, responsible for strategic risk oversight and enterprise risk management frameworks.
Gemma has been part of Monzo’s sustainability journey since she joined in 2021. Within her current role, she oversees climate risk, making sure it is embedded in end-to-end risk management processes, and is responsible for the bank’s response to SS3/19.
Prior to joining Monzo, Gemma has over a decade of experience in a number of roles across risk and finance at Nationwide Building Society.
She holds an MBA from Henley Business School, is a qualified accountant, a certificant member of the Institute of Risk Management, and enjoys creating clarity from complexity by making risk simple to understand.
Next to her job, Gemma is a governor for a local school and is proud that the school recently received a green flag climate award. She also writes urban fantasy novels and children’s books in her spare time.

She has over 20 years experience in leading Legal, Compliance and Risk functions of global organizations across the APAC region, in the Pharmaceutical, and Medical Devices industries. Shiara has built compliance programs from the ground up, including developing the organizational infrastructure of the function and the individual skill development of compliance professionals. Shiara has created and managed local and regional corporate compliance programs and initiated projects including performing complex investigations, and other structural elements of a Corporate Compliance Program. Shiara is also a Privacy expert, who advises on European and APAC privacy regulations.
