Brandon Ford
Brandon L. Ford, Chief Accelerator Director of the Lubrizol Life Science Accelerator Program, brings his entrepreneurial mindset, passion for learning and curiosity toward life to his role operating a startup within the walls of a 90-year-old company. Brandon is a nurse and attorney with a BSN from Case Western Reserve University and JD /MBA from The University of Akron.
For the past four years, Brandon has led the Accelerator, a program that leverages Lubrizol technology, manufacturing and beauty and home care science expertise to provide market-ready solutions, brand development, and quick innovation. Hundreds of entrepreneurs have benefitted from his charismatic leadership to launch and develop their beauty and home care brands. The Accelerator has launched over 100 products globally. Brandon currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife and two sons.

Sven Brunner
Sven is founder and CEO of holo|one, a leading Mixed Reality software company. holo|one offers a standardized Mixed Reality collaboration platform targeting the high-value enterprise use cases – remote assistance, workflow guidance and live collaboration. Their solution has been adopted across the globe by Fortune 500 companies like Micron, Lenovo and the Renault Group, along with garnering several awards and accolades.
Before founding holo|one, Sven worked as a software engineer and product manager at Disney Research, ETH Zurich, and his own consulting firm. Sven holds a master’s degree in informatics from the University of Zurich and is a recipient of the Swiss National Bank’s Economics Award.

Suzanne Renes
Suzanne graduated Cum Laude from Amsterdam University College in 2015 with a BSc in Biomedical Sciences. In 2016 she graduated from University College London with an MSc in Pharmaceutical Formulation and Entrepreneurship. She is a qualified Dutch and European Patent Attorney that started her career in the Pharma team at NLO in 2018. Since January 2022 she has been employed in the Ablynx team of Sanofi in Ghent, where she has been working as a patent attorney specializing in immunoglobulin single variable domains (camelid-derived VHH). In her free time, she enjoys learning new languages, playing badminton and dancing salsa.

Margaret O’Gara
Margaret is a French and European patent attorney currently heading IP at a late development stage biotech in Paris, called Nanobiotix.
She started her professional career as a researcher in the pharma industry in the UK and France, before moving into patents in 2004.
Since then she has worked both in-house and in IP firms and spent nearly ten years with Santarelli before taking the IP position at Nanobiotix early 2020. Margaret has considerable experience in all aspects of European patent prosecution, and post grant proceedings, as well as strategies for filing new applications . She is interested in data exclusivity and prolonging the protection of innovative products.
