Asad Taherbhoy
Asad Taherbhoy is a Principal Scientist and Team Leader at Foghorn Therapeutics, a company that is developing therapies designed to modulate the chromatin regulatory system. His team is primarily focused on understanding and drugging BAF’s interaction with transcription factors using an array of biochemical and biophysical approaches. Before joining Foghorn, Asad worked on drugging the E3 ligase space at Nurix Therapeutics. Asad carried out his PhD work at St Jude Children’s Research Hospital in the lab of Brenda Schulman and completed his post-doctoral fellowship at Genentech – understanding the various facets of the Ubiquitin and Ubiquitin-like protein pathways.

Jim Cali entered venture capital after a 34-year record of success in general management, sales and marketing, innovation and organization development in CPG. Jim honed skills as a marketer in the consumer health care sector during the early stage of his career for Warner Lambert /Pfizer. For the past 25 years, Jim has focused in the food industry, progressing through a series of leadership roles in sales, marketing and general management at Cadbury, Kraft/Mondelez and Kellogg’s. Jim was the President and General Manager of Cadbury - Adams Japan where he turned around a declining, money-losing business to a profitable sustainable growth enterprise. He was SVP and Commercial Director for Cadbury Adams North and South America accelerating innovation and growth across the region. Jim was promoted to EVP leading Cadbury’s $6B global gum and candy category and continued in this role following Cadbury’s acquisition by Kraft/Mondelez. During this period, his teams grew global market share through building global brands, creating breakthrough innovation and launching new businesses into large white space markets like China. Jim subsequently joined Kellogg’s leading the global category team for the company’s nearly $6B snacking business. During his career, Jim has developed deep experience in the innovation space both as a practitioner and leader - developing strategy, coaching cross functional teams, leading the company’s innovation best practice and helping create incubator-like innovation organizations. He is a brand builder - both creating new brands and helping to grow multi-billion dollar brands like Trident gum and Pringles. In addition to a corporate career, Jim spent time as an independent consultant helping other companies establish innovation strategies and mentoring multiple food start-ups.

Daniel Tal Mor
Daniel Tal Mor is a seasoned entrepreneur, co-founder, and CEO of Lumen, a company developing consumer nutrition management platform, based on a small device that measures metabolism in a single breath and provides personalized food, lifestyle, and health recommendations.
Lumen was founded in 2014, and the company spent 4 years on research and development to create a product that accurately determines the source of the body's metabolic fuel. In 2016, beta trials for the Lumen device began, and in 2018, Lumen was officially launched on Indiegogo, where Lumen sold 10,000 devices during the pre-sale campaign alone.
Before Lumen, Daniel co-founded Wibiya, a platform that offered publishers tools for integrating, managing and tracking applications on their websites. In 2011 the company was acquired by Conduit where he held the positions of Vice President for almost three years. Before founding Wibiya Daniel co-founded another company called Joongel, a consumer online search engine.
Daniel lives in Tel Aviv, Israel with his spouse and 3 children.
