Jennifer McClanahand
Jennifer McClanahand is the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing for PMMA (Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America). PMMA is a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living organization dedicated to serving residents with a culture inspired by its mission — to provide quality senior services guided by Christian values. With 70 years of experience in senior living, PMMA operates two hospice locations, 15 communities in Missouri and Kansas, and a brand-new campus under development in Colorado Springs.
Jennifer evolved in her career path nine years ago when she began a journey in senior living with PMMA. Shortly after working as a marketing and sales director in the field, she quickly joined the corporate team as a regional marketing director. In 2020, a year unlike any other, Jennifer was recognized for her leadership and efforts to guide the PMMA sales team through uncharted territory, particularly by introducing culture change through the principles of Sherpa’s prospect centered selling. In October 2020, she was appointed as the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing for PMMA.
Prior to discovering her passion for serving older adults through senior living solutions, Jennifer’s background included work as a marketing firm account executive, real estate sales and serving as the Executive Director for the Muscular Dystrophy Association in a region centered in Missouri, Illinois and Kentucky.
