Dr. Ric Jonas, based in the Ottawa, Ontario area in Canada, is an Executive Business Leadership Coach. With more than 25 years of experience acquired across diverse workplace environments, he is an accomplished leadership strategist and brings robust knowledge to leadership coaching. In particular, Dr. Jonas has worked with organizations in both the public and private sectors, as well as entrepreneurial emerging companies in the technology and service arenas. His current work focuses on assisting organizations in designing and developing a sustainable, high-trust corporate culture, which is accomplished by coaching executives in the ongoing development of their own leadership practice.

Dr. Jonas has completed business and academic training across Canada, the United States, and Europe. He holds a combined psychology doctorate from the University of Toronto and Argosy University of Chicago, as well as an MBA from the State University of New York. He has also focused on leadership development at London Business School and Harvard University. He formerly worked as a psychologist at the Queensway-Carleton Hospital in Ottawa, Canada, taught at the University of Ottawa, in Canada for 10 years as an adjunct professor, and has been a senior psychological consultant for several international Employee Assistance Programme service providers.
