Kendra Levine
Kendra Levine is the McDonald’s US Sustainability lead where she and her team cover US supply chain and restaurant sustainability. Prior to this role, she led McDonald’s relationship with their Latin American franchisees on all things supply chain related as their Field Service Director, and prior to that, led McDonald's US supply chain climate strategy and led coffee sustainability globally for the company. Before her time with McDonald’s, she worked in international agricultural development with smallholder subsistence farmers in Kenya with One Acre Fund and Guatemala with Fundación AGIL. Kendra has a master’s and bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Michigan State University and University of Florida, respectively. In 2019 she was named one of University of Florida’s “40 under 40.

George Apostol
George has over 35 years of experience designing system-on-chip (SoC), hardware, software, and systems. He holds several patents for interconnect and interface design and has led technology organizations developing products for several markets. He has held leadership and executive roles at Xerox/PARC, Sun, SGI, LSI Logic, Exar, and Samsung as well as start-ups including TiVo, BRECIS, Audience and BAYIS. As VP of Engineering and CTO at PLX Technology, George drove the development of PCI Express switches, which are broadly used in the market today. He received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

As Senior Climate Analytics Consultant within Ortec Finance’s Climate & ESG Solutions, Maureen is primarily responsible for integrating its investment decision-making technology for US-based financial institutions and providing ongoing support on how its analytics can help them measure, manage and monitor their climate strategy.
Maureen has over three decades of experience across ESG, climate analytics, scenario analysis and economic and sector forecasting within various research and consultancy roles. She joins Ortec Finance from The Climate Service and was previously IHSMarkit’s Global Head of Financial Stress Testing, where she worked with large financial institutions on their financial stress test requirements and incorporated macro analysis into climate stress testing and ESG.
Maureen holds a Bachelor and Master of Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts, USA.
